The box won’t close or lock. What should I do?
1. Try again and make sure the door is properly closed. 2. If it still won’t lock, contact support immediately. 3. Do not leave your belongings in an unlocked box.
I was charged but the box didn’t work. What should I do?
1. Contact support and provide the box number, location, and payment details (receipt, payment ID, or a screenshot). 2. You will receive a full refund for any failed rentals.
I was charged multiple times. How do I get a refund?
1. Contact support and provide your payment receipts. 2. We will investigate the issue and refund any duplicate charges.
My card shows a pending reservation. When will it be released?
1. If the rental didn't go through, the amount is only a temporary hold. 2. Your bank will automatically release the funds, usually within a few business days.
My luggage is stuck in the box. What should I do?
1. Contact support immediately via the app or by phone. 2. Provide the box number, location, and your contact details. 3. For urgent matters, on-site security staff (Securitas) can also assist.
What happens if I can’t pick up my luggage on time?
1. The box will remain locked. 2. Late fees will apply for delayed pickup. 3. After a grace period, the box may be emptied by staff.
Are my belongings safe?
1. Yes, our boxes are made of strong steel and have secure electronic locks. 2. However, we do not recommend storing valuable items beyond your comfort level.
The app says “offline” or freezes. What can I do?
1. Wait a few minutes and try again. 2. If the problem persists, contact support for remote assistance.
